Coming into the consult, I knew exactly what I wanted. However, upon explaining what my concerns were. Jojo suggested a different approach to the color I initially wanted. She explained the importance of neutralization as I had lip discoloration. She then explained the necessary steps required to achieve the color that’s suitable for my face and skin tone.
During the appointment, she made me feel comfortable and ensure I had the opportunity to ask any questions before proceeding and throughout the session. She allowed me to take breaks as needed due to my bad back.
The procedure was flawless. Pain was minimal and immediately after the session my lips weren’t as swollen as how my previous appointments were with other artists.
She provided the necessary after care products with easy to understand detailed instructions.
Mine healed nicely and I booked my touch up with no issues. I had to reschedule a few times and she was kind enough to accommodate my date changes.
I felt I got my money’s worth in the service she provided.
Overall, I am quite happy with the outcome and I’m glad I trusted Jojos recommendations. She’s knowledgeable and understood my needs. She maintained professionalism throughout our conversations and appointments.
