Prior to becoming a lawyer, Andrea Petersen, ACE Legal’s Founder and Principal, spent more than 15 years honing her skills as a communicator, teaching Life Sciences to people of all ages, walks of life and ethnicities at Vancouver Community College.
Andrea decided to become a lawyer when her daughter started struggling with dyslexia, and she witnessed the public school system’s inadequacies in helping children with learning disabilities.
“As a lawyer, I can more effectively advocate for resources where required, and truly help make a difference,” she explains. “I’ve always had a strong passion for helping people.”
Born and raised in Vancouver, Andrea enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, cycling and skiing, and resides locally with her two children.
